Faculty of Engineering welcomed representatives from University of Santo Tomas, Philippines
On May 25, 2016, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prapat Wangskarn (Dean of Faculty of Engineering), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Montalee Sasananan (Assistant Dean for International Affairs and Public Relations) and Asst. Prof. Dr. Malee Santikunaporn (Head of Department of Chemical Engineering) welcomed Prof. Dr. PHILIPINA A. MARCELO, Dean of Faculty of Engineering, University of Santo Tomas, Philippines and Asst. Prof. Dr. MICHAEL FRANCIS D. BENJAMIN, Coordinator, Engineering International Relations and Programs of Faculty of Engineering, University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. Their purposes of visit were to discuss possible academic collaborations with the Faculty of Engineering and to observe teaching and research facilities. The outcome of discussion led to the initial agreement on launching 1+1 program at the Master’s level in 2017, as well as short-term research internship.
