The Faculty of Engineering, Thammasat University and 6 other partners organized the 4th International Symposium on Engineering, Energy and Environment (4th ISEEE)


The Faculty of Engineering, Thammasat University and 6 other partners organized the 4th International Symposium on Engineering, Energy and Environment (4th ISEEE) on 8-10 November, 2015. The theme of symposium was “Engineering for Sustainable Society: a Move toward a Better World”. 

The organizers of the Symposium were: Faculty of Engineering (Thammasat University), Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT), Saitama University (SU) ,Tokyo Institute of Technology (TIT). The co-organizers were Hiroshima University (HU), Yokohama National University (YNU), Toyohashi University of Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology (Thammasat University),and Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (Thammasat University).

The Symposium was held at Thammasat University (Pattaya Campus), with over 120 papers being presented. Prof. Dr. Somkit Lertpaithoon, Rector of Thammasat University presided over the opening ceremony. 

The keynote speakers were (1). Dr.Qwanruedee Chotichanathawewong, Advisor of Thailand Environment Institute, and (2). Mr. Yoshinori FURUKAWA, Chief Representative for Asian Region, Asian Representative Office in Bangkok, New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organisation (NEDO). The invited speaker was Prof. Dr. P. S. Bhatnagar, Director of B K Birla Institute of Engineering and Technology, Pilani, India.
